Please note that inspiration pictures provided are for reference only. While we cannot replicate another artist's work exactly, we. can create a design that stays within the theme and realm of the provided inspiration.
At EGB Cakes, we strive to provide the highest quality cakes and exceptional customer service. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following no refund policy:
1. **No Refunds:** All payments made for cake orders are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final.
2. **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule your cake order, you may change the date with sufficient notice. The payment made for the original order can be applied towards a future order. Please note that any items or ingredients purchased specifically for your original order will not be refunded. These items will be given to you as they cannot be reused for other orders.
3. **Communication:** To reschedule your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to our availability.
